Payment Obligations

Refund Policy

Credit Card Fees


Any and all credit card fees associated with processing your payment will be the responsibility of the student enrolling in the course. These fees are non-refundable and will be added to your total payment amount.


Guarantee


If a guarantee is explicitly offered at the time of sign-up, it will only be honored if you fully complete the program and adhere strictly to all coursework and requirements as outlined. Failure to meet these conditions will void any such guarantee.


Responsibilities


Company Responsibilities: Amigos Investment Club agrees to provide training materials, guidance, and access to the Capital Raising training course as outlined at the time of enrollment. The Company will support students to the best of its ability through the duration of the course.


Student Responsibilities: Students are responsible for actively participating in the course, completing all coursework, and fulfilling their financial obligations as agreed upon during registration. Students must adhere to all policies outlined in these Terms.


Dispute Resolution for Non-Completion


If a student decides to quit or not finish the training, they remain obligated to fulfill their financial commitments. Refunds will not be provided, and failure to complete payment will result in legal action, with associated legal fees added to the total owed. Arbitration will be pursued if disputes arise.


Cancellation Policy


Students may cancel their enrollment by providing a written request with a minimum notice of 60 days. All financial obligations previously agreed upon must be completed in full prior to the cancellation being finalized.


Clean Break Agreement


Upon completing all financial obligations and cancellation requirements, both parties agree to a clean break. Students may not publicly disparage, defame, or negatively represent Amigos Investment Club, its brand, or its employees. Any violation of this clause may be considered slander, and legal action may be pursued.


Indemnification Clause


You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Amigos Investment Club, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or related to your:
1. Use of our Services.
2. Violation of these Terms.
3. Breach of your obligations or representations under this agreement.


Offer and Acceptance


By enrolling in the Capital Raising training course, you acknowledge that your payment constitutes an oMer to participate, which Amigos Investment Club accepts upon granting you access to the course materials and services. This creates a binding agreement under the terms outlined herein.


Intellectual Property


All content provided by Amigos Investment Club, including training materials, logos, branding, and course content, is the intellectual property of the Company. Reproduction, distribution, or unauthorized use of our intellectual property without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.


Prohibited Activities


By enrolling in our courses, you agree to the following:
1. You will not share, distribute, or provide access to course materials or online content to anyone else.
2. You will not reproduce, modify, or publish any content provided by Amigos Investment Club.
3. Violating these terms will result in the immediate termination of your access to our course and materials, and legal action may be pursued to recover damages.
